Books will be published in four different periods: March 25, 2026; June 25, 2026; October 25, 2026; and December 25, 2026. During the application process, you must apply for the specific publication period you prefer. A publication service fee of 2,000 TL is charged for each book chapter.

1. Prepare your manuscript in accordance with the Writing Guidelines and Template Guide. Your submission must be in Word and PDF format. Submissions not provided in Word format will not be considered. If you are submitting more than one chapter, please repeat the same process for each.
2. Register and submit your application via the KYS system through the Book Chapter section on our website (www.panel.bidgecongress.org). Please ensure that all required fields in the application form are completed accurately.
3. During the application, you must select the appropriate academic field and subject area for your chapter.
4. After uploading your chapter(s), you may log in to the system to make revisions or updates if necessary.
5. Once submitted, your manuscript will be checked for compliance with the writing guidelines. A scientific review will be conducted by the field editor. Authors of accepted chapters will receive approval notifications via the KYS system and email.
6. During the typesetting phase, chapters are classified according to academic fields. Books are assigned thematic titles based on the collected chapters. When a sufficient number of chapters is reached in a specific field, the book is published under that thematic area. The publisher reserves the right to reassign chapters to the most appropriate thematic book if necessary. Books with insufficient chapters (minimum 3 chapters required) will not be published, and authors will be informed accordingly.
7. After typesetting is completed, the book cover and table of contents are prepared, and authors are invited to perform final checks. Once the revision period expires, the publication process proceeds. All revision communications are conducted via email.
8. To ensure timely communication, authors are advised to use personal email addresses, as institutional email systems may sometimes cause delivery issues.
9. The Copyright Agreement is completed online during the application process.
10. Following the revision stage, the book is submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for ISBN assignment and academic classification.
11. Finally, the book cover, front matter, and the author’s chapter PDF are sent to the author via email.
